This monograph presents a statistical summary of road fatalities in 1994 amongst children travelling to and from primary or secondary school in Australia. There were 20 such fatalities in 19994, the latest year for which complete data re available. This represents about one in every ten road deaths amongst children aged between 5 and 17 (196 deaths).
