How to Make a Seatbelt
To make your own seatbelts, cut out paper or fabric into approximately 140cm lengths and 5cm width. Cut out and decorate cardboard rectangles with a slit to use as a buckle and attach to the ‘seatbelt’. Belt ends can also be sewn or glued together.

- Stockings
- Black crepe paper
- Thick black elastic
- Black ribbon
- Strips of black material
- Used seatbelts (often obtained from mechanic/car wreckers)
